Weekday Daytime Classes
Adult + Under 5s Class
These classes take place during term time only and cost £4 per session.
They are suitable for children from walking to 4 years, who are accompanied by a parent or carer.
Friday 09:30-10:15 and 10:30-11:15
No need to book for our Adults & Under 5s classes - just turn up and pay on the door!
These classes are suitable for independent children aged 3-5.
Please email the club (firstname.lastname@example.org) to check availability and reserve a place in our daytime classes.
Class times (NB: these sessions are NOT drop-in sessions. Please email us to book a course):
Friday 11:45-12:45 and 13:00-14:00.
Weekday Evening & Saturday Morning Classes
**THERE IS CURRENTLY A SIGNIFICANT WAITING LIST FOR ALL EVENING AND WEEKEND CLASSES.**
To add your child to the list, please go to the Contact Us tab and provide their name and date of birth.
These classes take place on Saturday mornings.
They are suitable for independent children aged 3-5, including a boys only class.
These classes take place on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
They are suitable for beginner, intermediate or advanced gymnasts aged 5 to teens.
Development Groups (By invitation only)
For gymnasts who wish to train more than once a week with a view to entering additional competitions.
Competition Squad groups (By invitation only)
For more serious gymnasts who wish to enter competitions in 2 piece (Floor and Vault), Tumbling or 4 piece Women's Artistic.
Adults Pilates (Age 16+)
Our fully qualified pilates instructor, Alex McCrudden, runs a wonderful drop-in adults class on Wednesdays, 8:15-9:15pm. It is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced, and costs just £4 for the hour. No equipment needed and no need to book - just turn up! All are welcome to join.

Classes are led by Hannah Saunders, one of our fully qualified gymnastics coaches and judges, every Monday 8:15pm-9:15pm. No experience needed! In the class, you can learn basic gymnastics skills or just come for fun to keep fit.
Every Tuesday 8:15pm-9:15pm, we run a keep fit class, suitable for all levels. The class uses gymnastics-based conditioning, strength, agility, aerobics, flexibility and body tension exercises to help you achieve or maintain the fitness levels you want!
